Our Mission
Cosmopolitan Schools were created to redefine education in Poland, giving children the best possible start in life. We combine academic excellence with inspiring teaching and a curriculum designed for a connected, ever-changing world.
We use an enquiry-led model at every stage, integrating Polish MEN requirements with international standards. Learning is project-based where appropriate, assessment is formative and meaningful, and personal portfolios document growth over time. Our approach is designed to encourage questioning, experimentation and genuine understanding.
Beyond academics, we nurture curiosity, confidence, resilience, and character, helping students believe in themselves, embrace challenges, and step into the world ready to explore, create, and thrive.
Our Students
Cosmo students are ambitious learners who are supported to reach impressive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom. We nurture interests through more than 50 after-school clubs and a rich programme of projects, competitions and exhibitions. Students leave Cosmo as articulate, confident and globally-aware individuals.

Extra-curricular activities
Our wide-ranging extra-curricular offer includes sports, technology, sustainability, languages, drama, visual arts, and music. Our activities give children the chance to follow their passions and learn alongside peers and staff from across the school.
Wellbeing & pastoral care
Wellbeing comes first. Every student belongs to a tutor group, with daily tutor contact and regular one-to-one mentoring. Our pastoral curriculum builds resilience, self-awareness and empathy. We prioritise mental and physical health through a whole-school wellbeing continuum and an open, caring culture.
Life and learning
Our curriculum and community are framed by six core values that define a Cosmo student: Intellectual, International, Inquisitive, Inspired, Innovative, Inclusive. These values appear in our learning design, behaviour expectations, and daily school life.
Our Teachers
We recruit teachers for their subject expertise and passion to inspire. With experience from top international schools and a commitment to continuous professional growth, our staff create a teaching environment that is curious, connected, and student-centred.
Our Leadership
Our Executive and Senior Leadership Team are educators first, with extensive experience in the UK, Poland, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand. They lead with expertise in pedagogy, ensuring every decision prioritises students” learning and wellbeing.
By supporting and developing teachers, they create classrooms where every student is challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their potential. Leadership at Cosmo is visible and hands-on, keeping students” experience at the heart of everything we do.
